Nid'île® and TourNid® continue the exploration of fabrics and plant fibers, demonstrating Chien Noir's expertise in the field. The company applies its know-how to imagine unique nest-like accommodations in the heart of nature. The mixed structures combine wood, ropes, and high-quality canvas.

Born alongside the Parcabout® concept, the Nid'île®, perched or on the ground, allows you to sleep in nature. When the first Parcabout® in the world was born on the island of Groix in 2008, 10 Nid'île® were installed in the Grao forest.
The spherical shape offers very low wind resistance and imposes little constraint on the support tree. Entirely artisanal, each Nid'île® is equipped with a round mattress 215 cm in diameter, accommodating two adults and one young child. The glued laminated pine structure is closed by Ferrari coated canvas panels, translucent at the top and colored on the lower part.
Nid'île® installs as well on the ground in a garden as high up in trees and guarantees unusual accommodation in nature, whether for private or hotel use. A Nid-Table version is also available. The sleeping area is then replaced by a convivial space consisting of a central table and Iroko benches protected from rain or sun by a Ferrari canvas roof.

This is the family version of the Nid'île® accommodating four adults and one child. The conical structure, 7.50m high, is guyed and rests on a ball joint just like racing boat masts. TourNid® offers three spaces to explore.
The first level serves as an access and storage area. The second is organized around a central table and constitutes the living space. The third is dedicated to sleeping and includes a large round mattress and two benches that can unfold to offer two additional beds.
The total surface area of the interior floors is 31m2, and a wooden terrace surrounding the accommodation is installed on the ground floor.
